Return & Exchange Policy
Full price merchandise purchased through GIODIEV.com is eligible for return or exchange if a Return Authorization is requested within 14 days of receipt of your order. Return Authorizations must be requested from the email address associated with the order in question. If 14 days have gone by since receipt of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We can only accept returns or exchanges for items which were purchased through GIODIEV.COM. If you would like to return or exchange an item that was purchased through one of our stockists, please return or exchange directly to them.
Any item marked “Final Sale” or “As Is” or "Sample" cannot be returned or refunded.
If you would like to return your merchandise within the specified time period, please request a Return Authorization by submitting a request through our CONTACT FORM or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. A copy of your Return Authorization and Proof of Purchase should be included with your package. GIO DIEV retains the right to refuse any return if a record of the purchase cannot be verified. Shipping and handling charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.
We request that returns are shipped through UPS, FedEX or DHL, with tracking and insurance, and that signature is required upon delivery. GIO DIEV is not liable for any returned goods which are not returned in this way where the sender has opted not to insure, track and require signature upon delivery of the package. The return address is stated on your Return Authorization.
Returns must be in perfect condition, with all original packaging/labels/tags/accessories, and with no visible signs of wear on the soles or otherwise. Shoes must be tried on over a carpeted surface to prevent any scratches to the soles.
GIO DIEV will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, customer should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if they wish to return. We strongly advise all customers to check products thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
Please be aware that shoes must be returned with their original designer packaging. Shoes returned without their original boxes will not be accepted. Returned items should be packed carefully so as not to incur any damage to the product or original packaging during shipping.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes and international shipping charges are NOT refunded for shipments outside the United States (US). If you are returning an item from outside of the United States, please insure that you clearly state in all customs forms that the item is being returned for a refund. Failure to do so will result in the item being returned back to you.
Should you wish to exchange an item for an alternative size, please email us when you request your Return Authorization and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock. As soon as we receive your return, we will dispatch your new size to you after the returned goods have undergone a quality control check. If your requested alternative size is not available, you will be issued a refund in accordance with our Returns policy.
If you are located outside the US you will be required to pay additional shipping, taxes and duties on the replacement item.
Please be aware that we may be unable to exchange an item for an alternative color or style, subject to availability.
GIO DIEV will not accept claims for goods which have been repaired or altered in anyway by anyone other than GIO DIEV. For instance, if you have placed rubber protective soles or heel taps onto GIO DIEV products they may not be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. All charge backs are not accepted and will be pursued by a collection agency.
Any item marked “Final Sale” or “As Is” or "Sample" cannot be returned or refunded. Cancellations on pre-order items prior to ship date will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
